Job Summary :

Willowwood, a leading manufacturer of prosthetic medical devices, is looking for Controller at its manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will oversee all financial and accounting functions within the company. This includes managing accounting staff, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and developing and monitoring internal controls. The Controller will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis required to support the company's annual operating goals.

Location : Mesa, AZ (onsite full-time)

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Management :

• Oversee all financial operations including cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and general ledger
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as needed
• Lead year end financial audit; work closely with third party audit team
• Support the CFO and FPA team with strategic planning
