Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of  healthcare, offices, clinics in background . Qualifications for Lead Project Manager :

• 7+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Projects of $10MM or more desirable
• Stable work history
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will be also highly considered)
