Field Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Tech Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Field Engineer for large, complex clients across a range of products and services

Perform server and storage break and fix, along with VIP deskside support activities

Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct high-level installations for storage and network devices

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

May require technical certification or Associate Degree

Generally, 4-6 years' experience in the area of responsibility

Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities and technology
