Beverage Cocktail Server

Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. - Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all call, and premium brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to guest in a timely manner. - Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses / bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping / mopping floors, scrubbing / sanitizing equipment, etc. - Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar daily, before, after and during shift. - Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. - Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner. - Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
