Key Responsibilities
Generate and execute outbound campaigns to target ideal customer profiles and manage inbound leads
Conduct discovery calls to identify client challenges and align them with the company's services
Lead proposal creation and manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to close
Required Qualifications
5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles in B2B services
Proven experience managing full-cycle sales with deal sizes of $50K-$250K+
Experience in structuring complex deals, including retainers and enterprise engagements
Familiarity with CRM and outreach platforms
Knowledge of branding, UX / UI, and development services preferred
