Job description
We are seeking a qualified This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and Housing initiatives.
Location : Perris, CA
Hours : Full-Time (40 hours / week)
Assignment Length : 3 months (with possible extension)
Salary Range : $50,000–$60,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Apply knowledge of CDBG program eligibility, application processes, and types of funded programs
- Assist in planning, implementation, and compliance of federal housing and development programs
- Support department staff in preparing program materials, reviewing applications, and providing technical assistance
- Ensure program alignment with federal regulations and community needs
Qualifications :
