About the Job
The Brand Manager, Creative Brand Strategy helps bring Taco Bell's brand to life through strategy, storytelling, and creative executions that help evolve Taco Bell's brand. This role plays a key part in turning brand and cultural strategy into bold, engaging ideas that connect with fans and help drive the business forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with a strong pulse on culture and knows how to turn insights into strategy. They're curious, collaborative, organized, and passionate about creating work that gets people talking. They can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution, thriving in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Creative Development, or Strategic Planning (agency experience a plus)
Proven ability to create and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns
Strong verbal / written communication skills
Knowledge of news, trends, and pop culture
Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable under pressure
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic, creative thinker and effective storyteller
Work-Hard, Play-Hard
Hybrid work schedule (onsite expectation Tues, Wed, Thurs) and year-round flex day Friday

Salary Range : $137,900 to $152,500 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
