About the Role

The Facilities Associate assists with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing related duties.

What You'll Do Here

• Notifies management when major repairs or additions are needed to light, heating, and ventilating equipment
• Maintains building by performing general painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, boiler maintenance and other related maintenance activities
• Oversees and assist with HVAC, makes minor repairs and conducts environmental monitoring
• Maintains records on equipment to GLP Standards

What We Offer

The pay range estimated for this position is $30.00 - $36.00 per hour. Please note that hourly rates / salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
