We deliver high-quality bedside diagnostics to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences.     What You’ll Do    Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize value Develop consultative relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leaders Ensure successful delivery of services aligned with facility needs Communicate monthly / quarterly goals, progress, and performance metrics Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Forecast, track, and analyze sales KPIs and client engagement Prepare and present account status reports to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities Resolve client challenges and manage escalations professionally Gather, prepare, and organize data and documentation for QA meetings Represent All-Stat Portable at onsite QA meetings with client facilities     What You Bring   Proven success in Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager roles Strong ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels, including executives CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field Experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare environments is a plus Outstanding time management, organization, and interpersonal skills   Why Techs Stay at All-Stat   Real Autonomy You control your accounts, strategy, and pipeline  Mission You Can Stand Behind You're supporting patient care - not just pushing a product Strong Leadership Support Decisions are fast, communication is open, and your voice matters Clear Career Growth  Opportunities to advance into senior account roles & leadership  Collaborative Culture You're surrounded by people who want you to win Employee Benefits Package  All-Stat Portable offers a  competitive and generous benefits package , including   Employer Contribution Medical, Dental, Vision  Disability & Life Insurance  Overtime Opportunities  2 Weeks PTO  Competitive Compensation    If you're a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in healthcare environments and wants a role with impact, autonomy, and growth , we’d love to meet you.
