About the Role:

• Assist customers and mechanics with parts inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
• Identify and order the correct parts based on customer needs
• Organize, stock, and maintain parts inventory
• Process orders and assist with core returns, shipping, and receiving
• Coordinate with our service team to support seamless service operations

Qualifications:

• CDK experience and automotive knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow – we’re ready to train the right candidate
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
