SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

:

• Provide daily technical support for FL-WiSE, EBT, Florida ACCESS, IBM Watson, and other systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and execute solutions across system processes
• Document system performance and corrective maintenance activities
• Recommend and evaluate new software, hardware, and technologies
• Analyze, document, and implement infrastructure enhancements
• Create and test scripts for system modifications and integrations
• Conduct testing and support UAT processes
• Produce technical documentation for implemented fixes and updates
• Ensure compliance with Department data security and confidentiality protocols

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of scripting experience (PowerShell, SQL, Python, MS batch)
• 10+ years Windows Server support and configuration experience
• 10+ years of applying OS hardening, security scanning, network segmentation
• 5+ years Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible with YAML/JSON/XML)
• 5+ years Microsoft SCCM or InTune experience
• 5+ years Linux/BSD server support experience
• 5+ years Active Directory (Entra ID) and Group Policy support
• 5+ years experience supporting cloud-native business applications
• Strong understanding of network protocols, VLANs, route tables, subnets
• Exceptional logical troubleshooting and self-motivation
