An Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician provides specialized medical care to elderly patients in skilled nursing facilities across Michigan, focusing on individual healthcare needs with compassion and expertise. This in-person role involves collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers and acting as Medical Director, with shared after-hours on-call responsibilities among providers. Candidates must have valid medical and DEA licenses in Michigan, with experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, to join a healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional care.

LTC Physician Care, PC is a specialized medical group committed to providing exceptional care for patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout Michigan, ensuring their unique healthcare needs are met with expertise and compassion.

Job Structure

  • This is an in-person position
  • Physician will commute directly between home and their assigned facilities
  • Physician will collaborate directly with their APPs
  • Physician will act as Medical Director within their facilities
  • After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers

Employment Type

    • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
  • Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
  • Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program
