Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize CRM for accurate lead tracking and reporting
Coordinate logistics for business development meetings, conferences, and outreach campaigns

Required Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or business development support
Experience in professional services, energy, infrastructure, or land-related sectors is an asset
High proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools
Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S. for events or meetings
