Performance Kings Honda is looking for a Full-Time Clerical Receptionist who possesses a warm and welcoming personality, along with prior experience in this role. Teamwork and flexibility are essential, so we seek someone who can adapt to various work styles and schedules. As the Clerical Receptionist, your primary focus will be providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.

• This Position is Full-Time
• $16.00 Per Hour
• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday With Rotating Weekends

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Type and input data
• File paperwork
• Accuracy with attention to detail
• Complete service deposit paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual Education is a plus but not required
• Two or more years of experience in customer service
• Cashier experience is a plus but not require
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Be knowledgeable of scanners, fax, and photocopy machines
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
