A company is looking for a Legal & Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end compliance operations including consumer disputes and data subject privacy requests
Monitor regulatory developments and update internal guidance and client communications accordingly
Support PBSA accreditation through audit preparation and compliance risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
5+ years of compliance experience at a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA)
Deep knowledge of federal FCRA and relevant state consumer reporting laws
Experience with PBSA accreditation processes
Proven ability to independently manage compliance processes with minimal supervision
