AI Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and strategic   AI Architect   to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with   Azure OpenAI, ML models, GenAI , and AI-driven digital transformation.

Requirements

Define and implement AI / ML architecture, frameworks, and governance standards.

Design   Generative AI   and   Machine Learning   solutions for real-world business problems.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing platforms and applications.

Build and optimize pipelines using   Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse, Python, and TensorFlow .

Develop PoCs and scalable AI / LLM solutions in collaboration with cloud teams.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least   5 years in AI / ML architecture .

Hands-on expertise in   Azure AI, OpenAI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision , and data engineering.

Experience in   model deployment, MLOps, and vector database integration .

Strong programming skills in   Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow .

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

9+ years of progressive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a significant focus on technical design, development, and architecture. Deep Specialization in CPQ : Proven track record with Salesforce CPQ and expertise in managing and extending enterprise-level CPQ platforms (experience with Bit2win CPQ is a strong advantage). Expert-Level Salesforce Development : Fluency in Apex (Synchronous / Asynchronous), LWC (Lightning Web Components), and overall advanced Salesforce platform development. Sales & Service Cloud Mastery : Strong implementation experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Certifications : Possession of multiple (e.g., 5-9+) current and relevant Salesforce certifications, including CPQ Specialist and architecture / developer certifications. Process Tools : Experience with standard CPQ integrations and tools like Conga. Methodology : Extensive experience working within an Agile / Scrum development framework.
