Summary :
Accountable for the overall administration and performance of the overall Department(s) and each of the faculty in achieving the clinical, research and academic goals of the Enterprise in collaboration with the Department Chair. Responsible for coordinating and leading Departmental strategic, business, and operational planning efforts; financial performance; project management of key departmental and Enterprise initiatives as well as the recruitment and retention of faculty and administrative staff supporting the Department(s).
The starting salary for this position is $145,685 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience
1. Master’s degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare, scientific or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician / professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of nine (9) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare, scientific or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician / professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
3. Associate's degree and the equivalent of eleven (11) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare, scientific or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician / professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
