Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead data governance frameworks to ensure data quality consistency and compliance across systems and teams.
- Design and implement scalable business processes that support data lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to uncover insights trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Identify and automate data validation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Coach and mentor a team of data stewards fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT analytics compliance and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on data governance KPIs driving transparency and continuous improvement.
