Job Description
- Must have extensive experience creating and producing video for social media campaigns.
- Need video production and editing experience
- Well versed in all social media platforms
- Ideally located in Houston, TX but will consider rockstar candidates who are remote.
- 2-4 week contract to hire
- $65-85k base + 8% bonus (MUST BE A CITIZEN OR GC HOLDER)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented creative professional who can elevate visual content across social, digital, and campaign channels. In this role, you’ll help organize assets, edit video content, and produce trend-driven visuals that engage our audience and bring our brand to life.

What You’ll Own
Asset Management & Organization
Build and maintain the team’s future DAM platform and Figma workspaceKeep design and marketing assets version-controlled, organized, and easy to accessVideo Editing & Motion Design
Cut and edit UGC, influencer content, and studio footageProduce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and homepage modulesTrend-Driven Content Production
Create daily TikTok / IG content optimized for current social trendsRepurpose existing assets into fresh, high-performing formatsCreative Production Support
Support studio operations with still-life photography needsPrepare final files for digital, print, and cross-channel deliveryTemplate & Brand System Maintenance
Execute resizing and layout variationsMaintain component libraries to ensure brand consistencyAI-Enabled Production Workflows
Leverage AI tools to streamline content development and creative operationsWhat You Bring
2–4 years of hands-on production or creative coordination experience at a retail or e-commerce brandProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and video editing toolsStrong understanding of social media formats, trends, and UGC / influencer contentOrganizational skills and experience with DAM systems, Figma, and asset taggingAbility to move quickly, think creatively, and adapt content based on performance trendsAttention to detail and a dedication to maintaining brand consistencyA collaborative, self-starting approach to solving problems and improving workflowsYou’ll Thrive Here If You…
