Sheet Metal Decking Installer

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions. We have ongoing projects in Arizona and other parts of the Western US and we would like to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
• Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Accurately report time and attendance using technology
• Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 100% nationwide travel required
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
• Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
• Welding Certification
• Aerial Lift Certification

Work Schedule

• Full-time, non-exempt position
• Work hours based on job site requirements
