Minimum 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience

Experience in a law firm, engineering, or relevant industry environment

Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking a mid-level Patent Agent to join their Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group in Denver. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong prosecution experience and the ability to draft precise, high-quality patent applications.
Preferred Technical Experience
Machine learning, artificial intelligence, or neural networks
Radio frequency (RF) circuitry
Hardware and communications security (encryption / decryption)
Electrical engineering or software-related technologies
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prosecute . and international patent applications
Respond to Office Actions and manage prosecution strategy
Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to evaluate new technologies
Conduct technical analysis and support IP portfolio development
Ensure high-quality, compliant documentation for patent filings
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range : $110,000 – $190,000 (based on experience)
