Job Title : Project Coordinator

Job Type : Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are met within the established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to the project manager and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any conflicts that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project initiatives and decision-making.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
