As a Scheduler, you will :

• Be responsible for manage and coordinate the work schedules for our field staff and clients
• Plan and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Must be a creative problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking on the phone with patients, referral sources and clinical staff.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and effectively meet deadlines is a necessity.
• Must have office skills, computer skills and organizational skills.
• Prepare reports accurately and timely.

Requirements :

Experience with scheduling in the medical field; home health scheduling experience preferred

Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience as a scheduler is required

Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, oral and written communication, customer service, and problem solving skills

Experienced with Kinnser / Wellsky web based software

Pay Frequency : Twice monthly

Pay : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
