Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Use Microsoft Word and Excel competently
Schedule appointments; experience with EMR or EPIC systems is a plus
Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
Perform repetitive administrative work comfortably
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of relevant work experience- in Medical field
