As an Assembler, you will play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining our strong standards for safety, quality, and compliance.

What You ll Do

Assemble products in accordance with customer and company specifications

Ensure all finished products meet quality, regulatory, and internal standards

Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives

Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work

What We re Looking For

Prior assembly or manufacturing experience required

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills That Help You Succeed

Ability to read a ruler and understand basic measurements

Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Experience measuring, cutting, and stripping wires

Soldering and crimping experience (hand crimpers) is a plus

Ability to identify and distinguish color-coded wires and components
