We are looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team and lead the General Accounting function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial operations. In this key role, you will oversee a talented team while ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance practices that support the company's strategic goals. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners while continuously enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the general accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
• Partner with internal teams to drive the optimization of accounting processes and systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and facilitate the audit process.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior leadership, offering strategic insights.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across finance operations.
• Support internal controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
