Our district is growing, and we are recruiting for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as an experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representative. Experience is preferred.

Licensed candidates are preferred. (At minimum- General Lines P&C in Texas)

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in CRM.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
• A Life and Health insurance license is a plus!
