Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare professional licensed as an RN or LPN is sought to provide specialized nursing support within an elementary school setting in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and primarily involves delivering care within the school's health offices. Emphasis is placed on serving students with specific medical needs, including those requiring tracheostomy, ventilator support, and G-tube care, as well as managing Type 1 diabetes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy tube care safely and effectively
• Manage diabetic care tailored to the needs of Type 1 students
• Provide direct nursing care and support in a school-based health office environment
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to ensure prehensive care planning
• Maintain accurate health records and ply with school health policies
