We are seeking a skilled Leather Stitcher to join our growing production team. This role requires hands-on experience sewing leather and heavy fabric materials with precision, consistency, and attention to quality. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, understands industrial sewing techniques, and works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch leather and heavy fabrics
• Read and follow work instructions, patterns, and production specs
• Perform straight, curved, and reinforced stitching with high accuracy
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality, durability, and appearance standards
• Adjust machine settings (tension, needle, thread) for leather materials
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures
