Director of BI & Analytics

Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics (Hybrid / Onsite)

Seeking a hands-on BI & Analytics leader to transform clinical operational and financial data into actionable insights. This role requires deep technical expertise direct interaction with raw healthcare data and the ability to balance strategy with execution.

What Youll Do

Work directly with raw data from EHR practice management billing and financial systems

Write complex SQL queries to extract join validate and model data

Build analytic datasets semantic layers and dashboards for executive and operational use

Perform data profiling reconciliation and root-cause analysis

Deliver ad hoc analyses to support operations physician performance and growth initiatives

Establish data definitions metric logic and documentation standards

Partner with IT and vendors on ETL and data warehouse design

Mentor and lead analytics team members

What Were Looking For

710 years in BI analytics or data engineering

Healthcare analytics experience required (multi-site or specialty practices preferred)

Advanced SQL skills (CTEs window functions complex joins)

Strong understanding of healthcare data models (encounters charges payments scheduling)

Experience with BI tools (Power BI Looker or similar)

Strong Excel and data validation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with surgical or specialty practice data

Vendor feed and reporting validation experience
