ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Now in my 14th year as a State Farm agent, I came into agency life after 11 years in finance, bringing with me a strong foundation in customer service, financial guidance, and relationship-building. Our agency has been fortunate to earn multiple State Farm awards and achievements, but we're just getting started! Our team has grown to 15 members and continues to expand as we serve our community with care and consistency.

Im a proud UCLA graduate, and outside of work I'm a car enthusiast, an outdoors lover, and a passionate sports fan. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Stan Tolesnikov - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
