[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Ability to work directly with field operations and leadership Exposure to breadth of EM capabilities in cross-functional teams Part of broader Upstream Operations Continuous Improvement Community Good steppingstone for someone with limited-to-no Ops experience to get involved directly in front lines Engage with all levels of the local field operations organization to embed the principles and structure of the Lean Management Framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Develop being certified as Lean Coach (Level 3 skill) Lead lean projects to drive continuous improvement across Permian operations Lead larger, more complex end-to-end projects that directly link to strategic objectives (ex. Team-based routing, Dashboarding, etc.) Leverage EM Lean Standard to identify lean projects in support of key business goals Coordinate calculation, tracking and validation of project benefits Develop Lean Practitioners Provide Lean Awareness and LP training Coach 2-5 LPs toward certification and completion of lean projects Provide Leadership Coaching. Provide Lean Leader training Coach leadership in principles of Lean including Leaders Standard Work

- Compensation : $125-150 / hour
- Location : Midland, TX
- Assignment Duration : Long-term, 12+ months
- Work Schedule : M-F / 40 hours+
