We're Hiring Diesel Truck Mechanics! – Join Truckers Heaven in Mt. Juliet, TN

Location : Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

Are you a skilled diesel mechanic looking for a fresh start with a growing, mechanic-first business? Welcome to Truckers Heaven, where we treat our team with the same respect and care we show our customers.

We're a brand-new shop in Mt. Juliet built from the ground up to support mechanics with the right tools, a clean environment, and a no-drama culture. This is your chance to get in early and grow with us!

What You’ll Be Doing :

Diagnose and repair diesel trucks (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.)

Perform regular maintenance and inspections

Keep detailed and accurate service records

Communicate clearly with service writers and customers when needed

Help shape the shop’s systems and standards as one of our first hires!

What We’re Looking For :

1+ years experience as a diesel mechanic (or similar role)

Familiarity with common diagnostic tools and equipment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Valid driver's license

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

Understanding and compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, and safety policies

Ability to move, lift 50+ pounds working in close quarters

CDL or ASE certifications a plus, but not required

Competitive pay (up to $40 an hour, based on experience)

Sign on Bonus for Experienced Mechanics ($2000 after 6 months, $3000 after a year)
