Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to client service instructions and monitor client reserves
Conduct client-specific operational audits and monitor compliance
Resolve client issues by collaborating with Quality and Operations staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Eight years of related experience, including five years in claims management and two years in auditing
One year of continuous service with the company is preferred
Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures
PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
