Description:
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will deliver exceptional service to guests in the dining area and assist them with our advanced kiosk ordering system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and guide them to the kiosk ordering system.
- Serve as the expert on kiosk functions to assist guests efficiently.
- Help guests with rewards programs, order placements, payments, number cards, and beverage service.
- Provide beverage service and assist guests at the kiosks.
- Support team members by fulfilling guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when kiosks are not busy.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked kiosk area, including changing receipt paper as needed.
- Engage guests with sampling opportunities as they enter the café.
- Ensure guest requests are met with a friendly demeanor and proactive action.
- Promote and support company initiatives positively.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with running food and pre-bussing during quieter times.
- Keep package goods displays organized and restocked.
- Maintain cleanliness at the condiment station and within the dining area.
- Sweep and tidy up the dining room and bus tables as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Work Schedule:
Availability for low volume hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with flexibility during peak times for medium to high volume scenarios.
