A company is looking for a Claims Processor to assist in customer service and claims management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and research claims to determine validity for approval
Process claims using a web-based application and verify data with multiple source documents
Follow up on pending documents requiring analysis
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong customer service mindset and ability to follow instructions accurately
Capability to navigate multiple systems and learn new processes in a fast-paced environment
Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable
