Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in learning how to build a grow an insurance agency under our direction to then go open their own agency. Financial Services produces more millionaires than any other industry. You can come and learn how to not only sell insurance but run the business side. Once certain metrics have been achieved you will be able to grow your own agency. . As Farmers Protegee you will make outbound calls a to generate appointments, cross sell to our current clients, get hand on experience handling customers questions and inquires, learn how to plan events and market to your primary market. We offer our customers a wide range of insurance products and services including home, auto, life, commercial, and coming soon Medicare. . Apply today to start your path toward business ownership!.

Is this commission-only?

Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary of $30,000, plus receive an aggressive tiered commission plan on top of that.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop suitable insurance proposals for prospects, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Call prospective customers by operating telephones and other internet technologies.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Learn how to business plan
  • Learn the importance of different metric within the business
  • Learn how to hire and train staff
  • Learn how to implement policies and procedures

Requirement

  • Previous experience in insurance preferred but not required. Licensed producers will fall on the higher side of the sliding base!
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Social personality
  • Obtain Life / Health license within the first 3 months of employment.
