JST is seeking a Communications Workflow Manager & Scrum Master to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. Communications Workflow Manager & Scrum Master Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day flow of tasks, information, and resources within the Strategic Communications team to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Allocate personnel and other resources effectively to support the Strategic Communications team.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency, importance, and requirements to ensure optimal use of resources and timely completion of objectives.
• Manage organizational email accounts to aid in the communication of requests and information flow.
• Maintain a detailed project management system to track workflows, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, superiors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts and effective coordination of activities.
• Monitor and track the progress of tasks and projects, identify deviations from established plans, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep operations on track.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles to workflow efficiency and develop strategies to mitigate them proactively.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to workflow management activities, including task assignments, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a Government-provided electronic integrated calendar of upcoming communication initiatives to enable proactive planning and resource allocation.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to personnel involved in workflow execution to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
• Continuously evaluate and refine workflow processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability to changing requirements and circumstances.
• Analyze team performance and product delivery metrics to identify opportunities for iteration and improvement, aligning with strategic goals.
