Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public
Sector Solutions preferred).
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataRaptors,
OmniScripts).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Github Actions, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to design solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, platform
limits). • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and document solutions.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
(Preferred).Work Environment:
• Requires reliable internet connection and ability to participate in virtual meetings.
• Requires ability to participate in in-person meetings and workshops when scheduled.
