Email Assistant / Meeting Scheduler

Volunteers needed to handle email correspondences and schedule meetings for nonprofit activities.

• Review emailbox and digital voicemail box, forwarding correspondences to appropriate nonprofit staff and responding to email senders.
• Schedule meetings per request of nonprofit officers.
• Use contact listing of consituents and data entry / cleanup of contacts list when needed.
• Preference for volunteers who live in South Carolina or North Carolina.
