Providence is calling for applications for our February 2026 RN Intensive Care Unit Fellowship . An RN Fellow at Providence Little Company of Mary, Torrance will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

This position starts February 23, 2026

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
