The Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is on-site and reports to our Winchester, MA branch.

Responsibilities :

• Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed.
• Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
