Production Machine Maintenance Technician - Nights

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician provides competent and effective maintenance support to plant operations. Identifies, troubleshoots, and repairs problems in mechanical and electrical systems within production equipment and processes. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance and root cause analysis on end-to-end processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Practice, and be a champion for, safety in all aspects of the position.
• Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on all mechanical / electrical systems and modules; this includes but is not limited to disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration.
• Analyzes module error messages, and information obtained from Operational Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment.
• Continuously improves technical and soft skills to better support the facility and the team.
• Provides operations demonstrations on production equipment for new machine operators.
• Utilizes SAP to report on maintenance activities to include PMs, parts requests, and other various tasks.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns, diagnose malfunctions, and apply results to predictive maintenance, design changes, and / or process changes.
