A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to provide specialized legal expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop persuasive legal arguments for insurance claim appeals within collaborative team workflows

Draft comprehensive appeal components addressing contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues

Analyze contracts, provider agreements, and federal / state regulations to support denial resolution strategies

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution

Bar admission preferred but not required for strong candidates

2-4 years of healthcare experience or revenue cycle management exposure is a plus

Interest in healthcare revenue cycle management and regulatory compliance

Experience in contract analysis or appellate writing is beneficial
