Senior Project Manager Land Development Ontario, CA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our Ontario location. We need candidates with experience with Residential / Single family and Multi Family K-12 and Higher Education as well as Commercial and Retail projects.

As a Senior Project Manager you

• Possess a PE license
• Will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
• Have at least 10-15 years of experience
• Represent firm in client meetings determine Scope of Work prepare fees conduct site investigations establish schedule prepare and finalize proposals
• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design production quality training and employee performance
• Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
