The (REMOTE) Marketing CRM Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, loyalty and retention of Mattress Firm customers. This role works in a cross functional capacity to implement promotional campaigns, manage project timelines, build alignment and consensus while steering the team with a strategic point of view for the channel's success. This position is responsible for launching strategy driven campaigns to support brand and channel needs by event.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience.
- Utilize expertise in Salesforce (SFMC) to drive strategy and maximize results.
- Leverage deep understanding of email best practices, including targeting / segmentation, personalization, and multivariate testing & optimization.
- Analyze email marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and making recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Collaborate closely with internal work partners and external vendors, to effectively communicate goals, ideas and strategies to move initiatives forward.
- Bring creativity and a passion for innovation to deliver outstanding results.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, leading and following as appropriate.
- Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
