Jira (tickets, stories, defects) Confluence (process + test documentation) Postman / Swagger (API testing) Excel / MSFT Products (test tracking, analysis) Basic SQL or BI tools a plus for impact analysis Comfort mapping workflows and thinking in edge cases. Practical experience working directly with PMs and engineers. Strong written communication you make messy things clear. A habit of using data to validate outcomes, not just opinions. Bonus : experience in fintech / wealthtech or regulated workflows.

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity in Richmond, VA for one of our clients seeking a B usiness Analyst with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities :
- Lead UAT and regression testing for new features and releases.
- Build and maintain test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute tests across web, app, and API; document results and defects.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and confirm readiness.
- Continuously improve testing processes for coverage and efficiency.
