Responsibilities:

·The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall report to and provide support to the PM. The DPM shall assume all program management responsibilities and tasks in the absence of the PM but is predominantly focused on the tasks outlined below.

·The DPM creates and manages processes that enable Mission Leads and other contract personnel to focus on daily operations.

·The DPM is expected to spend 80% of his/her workweek collocated with the bulk of the CME Workforce. The government customer requires the DPM to assume all administrative responsibilities and to alleviate such responsibilities from the Mission Leads.

·The DPM is required to maintain awareness of support requirements and leverage all available resources to remove distractions and impediments.

·Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.

·Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.

·Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

·Excellent analytical skills.

·Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations.

·Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks.

·Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations.

Required qualifications/skills:

·Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent)

·MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services OR BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services

·Active TS/SCI (within the last 5 years)
