Opportunity

We are looking for a high-capacity Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a hands-on operational leadership role designed for experienced leaders who want ownership for results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be entrusted to lead leaders, drive operational excellence, and directly impact team culture and guest experience. You will work alongside an Owner/Operator while receiving world-class support and development from one of the strongest brands in the nation.

Your Impact

• Leading multiple shift leaders and coaching a team of 80–100+ to deliver remarkable results
  
• Owning operational excellence across all dayparts, ensuring speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  
• Increasing profitability through strong labor stewardship, waste reduction, and throughput improvement
  
• Creating a culture of accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and consistent follow-up
  
• Maintaining a work environment that actively ensures food safety, team safety, and restaurant cleanliness
  
• Partnering with fellow leaders to align on business priorities, track results, and continuously improve performance
  

Background Profile

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  
• Previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience strongly preferred
  
• Direct experience leading through others (team leads, shift supervisors, etc.)
  
• Full-time open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays
  
• Strong communicator able to handle conflict and coach for performance
  
• Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and delivering excellence
