Location : Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Range : $40.00 - $46.00 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer with a strong commitment to excellence and a deep expertise in JavaScript and MySQL. The role involves managing and resolving complex issues for ServiceNow partners and customers, developing a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and using this expertise to debug scripts and improve custom code solutions within a customer-facing, collaborative environment. This position offers a pathway for significant career growth and the opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to providing outstanding support and service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and resolve technical issues for ServiceNow users daily.
  • Debug JavaScript code and enhance the custom code for optimized solutions.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow platform to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge related to the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support, maintaining strong interpersonal communication.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript with solid object-oriented programming skills.
  • Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
  • Proficient in English with at least a B2 level, capable of supporting customers primarily in English.
  • Industry Experience Required :

  • Prior experience in IT service management and the ITIL business process is highly preferred.
  • This role is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week.
